Once a buyer is confirmed, we will handle the necessary paperwork and coordination with your finance company to ensure that the outstanding finance on your vehicle is settled. In short, no you do not. Our ATF partners which collect your vehicle will contact the DVLA for you and notify the DVLA that you have salvaged or scrapped your vehicle to absolve you of any further responsibility regarding the vehicle. This is to make sure the seller does not receive any penalties and any road tax responsibilities.
